Etta Loves

WHAT IS IT YOU LOVE ABOUT MUSEUMS? I adore how museums feed people’s imagination and creativity. You totally lose yourself in a topic or thing and become so knowledgeable and passionate about it. I think they are such an important way to learn and develop throughout your life not just during childhood πŸ™Œ
BEST CHILDHOOD MEMORY? I was 7 on a camp site in France with my parents and their friends and their kids both my age. I remember so much laughter and silliness and feeling like I had siblings (which I didn’t) ⛺️ WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE MUSEUM AND WHY? The Natural History Museum as I’ll never forget seeing the diplodocus for the first time and then room after room of incredible things. I also adore the Wellcome collection. They have a lot of medical history exhibitions and I’m mildly obsessed with the gorier parts of British history and medicine. It fuels my love of crime fiction and explains my desire to be a forensic pathologist when I was younger
WHAT WAS THE LAST PICTURE YOU TOOK ON YOUR PHONE? Etta, who was watching Moana and her face was three parts beautiful and peaceful, one part gormless πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§ IF YOU WERE TO CREATE A PIECE OF ART WHAT WOULD THE SUBJECT BE? Nature. I’ve been obsessing over the beauty of so many plants during the design process of our new collection. It would look shit though as I’m not particularly gifted when it comes to art. So let’s call it my ‘abstract plant’ phase 🌱
WHO WOULD BE YOUR PERFECT MUSEUM BUDDY? @david_attenborough He just makes everything accessible whilst inspiring so much awe for our world and sometimes it’s easy to rush around a museum and miss the best bits ⭐️ ANY PARENTING TIPS? Try not to freak out about something being out of line with your expectations and surround yourself with people with similar age babies. My NCT was a life saver!! πŸ™Œ
